zu7777 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "zu7777," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the zu7777 online gaming platform operating at zu7777.net, including all sub-pages, services, and associated features.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with zu7777, accesses the Platform, or uses any service provided by zu7777.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on zu7777 through which the Player accesses games, places bets, deposits, and withdraws funds.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable promotion-specific terms, privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and any other rules published by zu7777.
• "Balance" means the sum of all deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses less all withdrawals, losses, and applicable fees held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all transactions on the zu7777 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's Account by zu7777 subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required by zu7777 before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.

To be eligible to register and use the zu7777 Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or any other legal entity;
3. You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of zu7777 or any of its software providers or gaming partners;
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
7. You have not previously had an account at zu7777 that was terminated for cause.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at zu7777. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where zu7777 identifies that a single player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be closed and all balances and winnings may be forfeited at zu7777's discretion.

Players are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their zu7777 Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your mobile number or email address and password — strictly confidential. You must not disclose them to any third party and must not allow any other person to access your Account.

zu7777 will never ask you to provide your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from zu7777 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify zu7777 support without delay via live chat. zu7777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation where unauthorised access is suspected.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed through the Player's last used payment method following standard withdrawal timelines. Bonus Funds held at time of closure are non-withdrawable and will be cancelled.

zu7777 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by legal or regulatory obligation. Where an Account is closed for cause, any bonus-derived funds and winnings may be forfeited.

zu7777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and approved Cash OTC agents. All other payment methods are not accepted unless explicitly stated by zu7777 in writing.

The minimum deposit at zu7777 is Rs 100. There is no standard maximum deposit; however, zu7777 may apply transaction limits at its discretion or at the direction of the relevant payment channel provider. Players wishing to deposit above standard limits should contact support to discuss available options.

Deposits are credited to a Player's Account in real time under normal operating conditions. In the event of a payment channel delay or technical issue, credits may take up to sixty (60) minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, the Player must contact support with the relevant transaction reference number.

zu7777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, payment channel providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond zu7777's control. Players should review the terms of their JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account for applicable charges.

By depositing funds at zu7777, you confirm that the funds deposited are from legitimate sources, are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity, and that you are the legal owner of the payment method used.

Players may request withdrawal of their withdrawable balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that matches the KYC documents on file.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, Players must have completed the KYC verification process, which requires submission of:

• A clear copy of the front and back of a valid CNIC;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of the registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the player's name and number);
• Any additional documentation requested by the zu7777 compliance team.

Standard withdrawal processing time at zu7777 is within 24 hours of the request being approved by the compliance team. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reflect depending on the receiving institution.

zu7777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. In such cases, the Player will be notified and may be asked to provide additional documentation. Processing timelines may be extended during active investigations.

Funds credited to an Account from a Bonus promotion are subject to Wagering Requirements. Until a Wagering Requirement is met, the Bonus Funds component of a Balance is not withdrawable. Only the Real Money portion of a Balance may be withdrawn before Wagering Requirements are met, subject to zu7777's withdrawal procedures.

zu7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to the general provisions of this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely in respect of the conflicting provision.

The following general conditions apply to all zu7777 bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players in good standing on the zu7777 Platform;
• Each Player is eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit only. One Welcome Bonus per player, per household, per CNIC, per device, and per IP address;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements at zu7777 are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain slots, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage or zero percent. Contribution rates are published per promotion;
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are cancelled without compensation;
• zu7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be honoured under the original terms in effect at the time of claiming.

All casino games available on the zu7777 Platform are governed by individual game rules published by the respective software providers. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. zu7777 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Virtual casino games at zu7777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is statistically random and independent of previous results. No game at zu7777 is manipulated in favour of or against any individual player.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, zu7777 will use server-side game logs to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. The recorded server log shall be conclusive in determining the result. If a round cannot be conclusively determined from server logs, the bet amount for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account.

Sports betting markets at zu7777 — including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports — are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the betting section. All bets are final once confirmed. Bets placed on suspended or cancelled markets will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. Live in-play bets that are placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided by zu7777 regardless of the odds accepted.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. zu7777 reserves the right to impose individual player betting limits where betting patterns indicate an unacceptable level of risk to the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zu7777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account at zu7777, whether in the same name or under different identities;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or CNIC to register or operate an Account;
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, share cards in live poker, or coordinate bets for mutual benefit;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to obtain an unfair advantage ("game abuse");
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to conceal the origin of illicit funds;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing any zu7777 employee, support agent, or other player;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or access the Platform's code, data feeds, or proprietary information without authorisation;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through a payment provider without first raising the dispute directly with zu7777 support.

zu7777 provides every registered Player with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at no charge from within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that prevent spending beyond an amount you set;
• Session Timers: On-screen alerts after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders showing session duration and net PKR win/loss;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary suspension (1 week, 1 month, or 6 months) or permanent closure of your zu7777 Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

zu7777 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform caused by technical faults, server maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures;
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials;
• Any loss arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules, odds, or wagering requirements;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment channel providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even where zu7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where zu7777's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, zu7777's aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits zu7777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

zu7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account at zu7777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by zu7777 includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, email address, payment method details, device identifiers, and gameplay and transaction history. This data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improving Platform services.

zu7777 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of payment processing, identity verification, fraud detection, and regulatory reporting. All third-party data processors engaged by zu7777 are contractually bound to maintain appropriate security standards.

zu7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the zu7777 website with a revised "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — zu7777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number on the Account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the zu7777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you may close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any withdrawable balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of zu7777's international gaming licence and applicable international gaming law.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zu7777, Players must first raise the matter directly with the zu7777 support team via live chat or by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 14. zu7777 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt and to provide a final resolution within thirty (30) business days.

If a Player is not satisfied with the resolution provided by zu7777, they may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under zu7777's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the zu7777 support team.

Any claim against zu7777 must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this limitation period will be time-barred and cannot be pursued.
